hi..my Jr oral hearing has been refused on 1st September 2014.
I came to uk 20 September 2005 on student visa. I done my masters degree and got my (POST study work) visa 0n 25 august 2010 till 25 ausust 2012. then I applied for entrepreneur visa and I gave my all documents and bank statement and application to a lawyer .I came to know on 6 march 2013 my visa has been refused BECAUSE MY TIER 1 ENTREPRENURE APPLICATION was submitted by my lawyer 3 days after the expiry of my visa .when my lawyer applied for visa after the expiry of my visa on 28 august 2012 at that time there was a law if anyone apply before 1st October 2012 his application will not be considered out of time and I was not given appeal of right .but my lawyer somehow on human rights base got right of appeal and we went to taylor house London and judge refused it because I did not have a right of appeal. when my application was refuse on 6 march 2013 I was allowed to submit fresh application.i submit my 2nd application for tier 1 entreprenure visa it was again refused on 31st October 2013 ..and the refusal reason was: my 1st appeal was ''abandoned'' and my second application was 2 days out of time again.i went for JR to prove my appeal was not abandoned and I submit my 2nd application with 28 days of the time given to me at the time of 1st hearing in taylor house.butt this time judge again refused and said to my barristor I was given 28 days to submit fresh application after 6 march 2013 not after the hearing for late application submit on 28 august 2012. now I need URGENT help what should I do..should I go for court of appeal so after 9 and half years can I submit application for indefinite leave to remain...or anything which helps me....PLZZ PLZZZ PLZZ HELP ME URGENT
