Acceptable Industry

I am planning to invest in Commercial properties in UK and thinking about renting the offices that I've purchased. Does the investment (purchase of Commercial office) be counted in as the GBP200K? Does acting as an Agent and renting offices be considered an acceptable industry for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa?
