Switching to T2G from a second T4 visa

Hi forum,
i have already gotten my Msc degree from a previous T4 visa which expires on the 24th of October, my company has already offered me an NQF3 job which is obviously not enough for T2, so i will have to wait for them to offer me a NQF6 job, which will be too late for me because i am running out of time, so i was thinking of getting another T4 from a college course for leadership, this will help me in my future career and also help me stay in the country until my company has the role ready for me, will i be able to switch to T2 while i am in the middle of my second T4 ?
and will i be able to switch my prgramme from full time to part to study and work at the same time ?
