ILR in Dec 2015

Hello,

Currently I have got Tier-1 General visa. I have query regarding ILR. I will get ILR in Dec 2015.
1. For ILR, Do I need to show evidence of Earnings of complete five years or only last year.
2. In a single year,for how long one can stay outside UK?

1. Twelve months within the last 15 months prior to applying.

2. Upto 180 days in any given 12 month period.
