Tier 2 dependent application query regarding COS expiry date

Hi I am applying Tier 2 dependent visa for my wife from India.Currently I am working as a software developer and I got my visa(Tier 2 General) on 24/1/2014 and valid untill 14/4/2017.
while I am filling the application form I got a question regarding COS number and my doubt is my company allocated me the cos in December 2013 and has Expiry date(use by):11 APR 2014..Shall I use the same COS number for my wife's visa application form which I am going to submit by this month around 15/09/2014 or do I need to request another COS for my wife's visa..Could some one please suggest me on this query..
