Oci collection from India after applying in uk

Hi

I am about to apply oci in London during next week for me n my son but I have plans of visiting India in nov, so in case if oci won't arrive by then, I m planning to have tourist visa and go,but in the
meanwhile if oci comes can I collect it in India? This is because my son may stay for few months before he comes to UK.
Can u pls advise?

You can only collect OCI at the Mission you made the application.
