Change of Tier-2 General Sponsorer

Hi

If the Tier-2 General sponsorer revokes the sponsorship when you are on leave and in home country, will the 2 months time to change the sponsorer still be applicable? Or will the cooling off period start immediately?

Appreciate your suggestions.

If you have left the UK your cooling off priod will start on the date you departed the UK.
This is regardless of any curtailment period that may be notified.
