Hi,
I have a question about job creation. To my understanding when I get my Tier 1 entrepreneur visa I need to create 2 full time jobs for no less 12 months and then after 3 years I can apply to extend my visa for another 2 years. Now, I want to apply for indefinite Leave to Remain under Tier 1 (entrepreneur). Should I still show that I had create jobs in these two years after extension. The guidance has to rules which are confusing. In appendix A it says:
"Where the applicant's last grant of entry clearance or leave was as a Tier (Entrepreneur)
Migrant, the jobs must have existed for a total of at least 12 months during the period in which
the migrant had leave in that category. This need not consist of 12 consecutive months and the
jobs need not exist at the date of application, provided they existed for at least 12 months during
the period in which the migrant had leave as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant."
What I understand is that "total of at least 12 months during the period in which
the migrant had leave in that category" means these jobs creation is for the whole period of five years and if I create job in first three years and get the extension I do not need to carry on with those employment for the next 2 years. Can anyone help me with this? Any experience regarding this?
Thanks in advance,
