OCI online appointment - form submission

hi

i booked OCI online appointment during next week with particular application form GBRLNXXXXX but later on I noticed few spelling errors in my online application GBRLNXXXXX and then I filled another online application form.
Do I need to book another online appointment as I am about to give another online application form than what I specified in the original appointment?
Do high commision authorities strictly want the same online application to be applied which we used during online appointment?

Just make a new appointment. there is option to cancel the previous appointment.
