starting date for ILR eligibility

Hi,
I am on Tier2-ICT.
entry clearance date (valid from on the visa page): 23/12/2009
entered in UK: 16/01/2010

have 3 questions:

1) Does my 5 years completion date: 23-Dec-2014 OR 16-Jan-2014
2) Can I intiiate ILR application 28 days before 23-Dec-2014 OR 28 days before 16-Jan-2014
3) Finally is this 28 days just calendar days or anything in particular here like weekdays or weekdays without public holidays etc.

One other question - my current Tier 2 ICT remains till Feb 28th 2014 which means from the issue date (i.e. 23-Dec-2009), it is nearly 5 years 2 months. How much more this Tier 2 ICT can extend.
