Overseas working hiring procedure?

I am having a limited company and i want to hire the professional from other countries.. May i know the procedure how to apply?
I guess visa will be tier 2... Appreciate your reply?

In the UK, you cannot specifically hire overseas... most positions will require the RLMT to be conducted.
