Query - Maintenance Letter

Hi,

I have asked my A rated employer to provide me maintenance certificate for my wife and kid so that I can apply visa for them in India.

They have come back to me asking the embassy address where I am applying the VISA for them to put it in the letter.

I am going to apply the VISA for them in Bangalore VFS which will go to chennai for final approval and stamping.

Can any one please let me know what embassy address so I provide to my employer?
Can I simply ask them to make the letter on the name of Indian embassy Chennai or Indian embassy Delhi?

Please if any one has already got the maintenance letter from employer can you please forward that to me on amitmcabit@gmail.com or else let me know the embassy address on which I should made the letter.

I am applying dependent Tier 2 visa form online and in the maintenance section there is a question "What official sponsor letter has been supplied as evidence?"

Can anyone tell me how to answer this question?
I have a letter from my employer confirming the maintenance of my dependents but can't guess how to answer this question accurately?
