See Requirement.

I believe that exceeds the £630 requirement

Dear Moderator

Please kindly inform what are the documents required to submit for tier 1 general dependent visa for partner from India.
supporting documents:
1, passport of applicant
2, main applicant passport copy and valid visa/biometric residencepermit copy
3, maintenance funds, bank statement showing funds above 630 GBP if main applicant stayed more than 12 months in UK.
4, evidence of English language -proving MBBS certificate
5, marriage certificate
6,TB certificate

7. Kindly advice me ---is it necessary to submit main applicant payslips,
main applicant not in job for few months, recently started new job few weeks ago, if required is it ok to submit 2 recent payslips available. Do we need to wait 3months to submit 3months payslips.

Your advice much appreciated
Thank you
Keerti
