Post by akwadouala » Sat Sep 20, 2014 12:38 pm

HI!!!great people and Guru.
Please to seek your valuables advise.
I just want to know how to calculate the financial requirements for UK spouse visa entry clearance when you have two jobs contract.
I m earning £7030 k a year for my permanent part time job i have being with this employer for three years
and secondly i m earning £15600 k a year for my permanent ongoing job i have being with this employer for 6 months.I would like to add that i did some over time and earn £9792.01 for the last 6 months is more than £7800 if we divided 15600/2.as we cannot add over time earning for the next 6 on coming months,

Please can I meet the financial requirements now?

how to calculate the financial requirements when you have two jobs?

Thanks

Are you in a Salaried or non-salaried employment.

well you will have to provide the last 26 payslips for the main employment and the last 6 payslips for the salaried employment.

You work out the non-salaried employment by adding the total gross earning over the last 26 weeks and dividing it by 6 and multiplying it by 12. The figure from that will be added to the fixed employment, and if it adds to 18600 you will be fine.

Thank you very much Obie
so l should rely on category A?

When l work out like you advise me to do,only my non salaried employment can sponsor my spouse visa(the annual earning will be £19584.02) so if l add my part time that will be £26614.02 total annual earnings
The total annual earning of £26614.02 can sponsor my spouse and daughter?
Thanks
