Need Help: hearing in Upper Tribunal what to be considered ?

Post by ravst20 » Sun Sep 21, 2014 10:16 pm

Hi all,
I have applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur (team) visa in Aug 2013 and got rejection in sept 2013, refusal ground was:
Since it was a entrepreneurial team and money was not deposited in a joint bank account , HO said there was not access in to each other bank account by both team member, we had something 53K in total in two different bank account ( mine and my entrepreneurial team mate). We had hearing on 3 of June 2014 and got appeal granted but HO office appealed against the court decision and now another Judge granted HO office's appeal so we have to attain another hearing in Upper Tribunal. So can anyone , please, help me on this situation what should we do . The money is still in our bank accounts (obviously in separate bank account )

thanks in advance
