Hi all
I was preparing my application for EEA4, my wife who was on maternity is made redundant today as business can not convert her job from full time to part time.
We both have paid taxes all our life, is it going to effect my visa application I am the great earner of the family? My wife (Hungarian) has PR in uk and our 11 months old baby is British citizen.

Is it ok if she goes for JSA and benefits?

If she has PR already she does not need to be a qualified person, so this is not a problem.
