Re-schedulling appointment at Croydon Tier 2?

Hi I am trying to figure out how to re-scehule an appointment at Croydon. I am trying to call but the number they have for Croydon does not work. Is there a correct number?

Also if I don't make it to the appointment I understand they will not return 100 poud booking fee, will they return the rest of 900 pounds and can I make another appointment?

This is quite urgent, thank you so much in advance.
