Tier 2 (General) Visa

My job offer was conditional on pre-employment checks. One of the checks was Tier 2 (General) Visa that is refused. Will the company give me one more chance to apply the visa? Or usually job offer withdraws by company?

Normally, the company would give you another opportunity but it will be time-consuming for you as well. Why was your visa refused?
