tier 2 ict to t2 general ILR

Hi,

I came to UK on tier 2 ICT in Nov 2009 and switched to tier 2 general in 2011.

I travelled back to India on 1st Oct 2011 to complete leaving formalities and apply for newVisa in t2 general category.

My tier 2iCT expired on 14 Oct 2011 and the tier 2 general COs was assigned on 14 Dec 2011 and got stamped on 05 Jan 2012. I travelled to UK on new entry clearance on 15 Jan 2012.

So, I have a gap in my Visa status for more than 28 days....so does it mean my counter has been reset for ILR? Or m I eligible for ILR in Nov 2014.

Please can you help me on the same.

Yes, as you said, your ILR counter has been reset as you have had more than 28 days gap in your T2G entry clearance.
