The validity of the visa after the contract is resigned

Post by daniil » Thu Sep 25, 2014 11:47 am

Hello,

i have resigned my contract to move to another country.

However, i will need to return to the UK after the end of my contract to finish the move.

Can i still use my Tier 2 visa to make occasional trips to the UK? For how long is it possible?

Thank you

The sponsor will inform UKVI when your employment is terminated. UKVI will then curtail your visa. A curtailed visa lapses when you leave the UK and you cannot use it for travel back to the UK.
