Hi there , I was on PSW work visa and after it got expired I made an in time application for Tier1 entrepreneur Visa. However it got rejected. After it got declined I appealed this decision in court which gave me date in January. My current employer has applied for COS and would be sponsoring me if we get COS. My question is Would I be able to work legally till we get COS or court Decision comes. I would be really grateful if proper guidance is given in this matter.

Hi Manci, I made application before my visa was running out. it was in time application.

under section 3C your T1 PSW leave continues during the appeal process.

If and when you get the CoS withdraw the appeal and apply for T2G leave immediately.
