Leave to Remain after resignation on ICT Short Term Visa

Hello,

I am on tier 2 ICT short term visa valid till Jan-2015.

I am planning to resign from my current employer once I get the Irish Greencard.

My question is how long I can stay in UK once I resign from my employer?

For eg: If my last day is say 30-OCT, how long I can stay in UK?

Looking for you advice.. Thanks in Advance !!
