Convert ICT Tier2 Long term Staff Migrant to Dependent Visa

Dear Experts,

I am currently on the ICT Tier2 Long term Staff Migrant Visa from April 2014,
My wife and kid have joined me in UK on July 2014.
My wife would like to study in London.

I have a few Queries:-

1. Can i convert my wife Dependent visa to Student Visa - In country ?

2. Change from my ICT Tier 2 Long term visa to her Dependent (student visa) in country or
do i have to go to home country and apply for the same? Please clarify. ?

Dear Experts,

I have the same query as of Prabath's.

I am traveling to UK with ICT tire 2 short term visa.
Although my wife can work as ICT dependent, but can she get tire 2 general visa ?
She works in biotechnology field.

Also if she gets tire 2 general then can I stay/work in UK as her dependant?
