Extension of ICT Tier 2 Short Term Visa

Hi,

I have a valid visa from October 2014 to October 2015.

But I intend to travel in April 2015 , is there a way that I can get this visa extended to April 2016.

And what is the procedure for this please can you help.

That information is on the gov.uk site under Tier 2 (ICT)

Hi,

So it dosent matter when I fly to UK I have to come back to India in October 2015 when my visa expires.

I cannot get the extension(As my salary wont be exceeding 40k)

have I got this correctly.?
