Dear all,
I have related question to EEA 2 form section 6: Employment of EEA national family member:
I am EEA national, I work in UK. I am able to provide all 6.10. requested documents : contract, payslips and letter from employer confirming employment.
the point 6.9. is not really clear for me:
6.9. Please either ask your EEA national family member’s employer to complete the Employers
declaration below or you can provide at least one of the pieces of evidence listed below in 6.10:
I don't want that my employer is informed that my husband need a EEA 2 application for residence card. Since I will provide all 3 requested documents in 6.10., it is optional to have employer declaration, signature and stamp about my employment in 6.9. Is it correct?
From other side I read guidelines for EEA2 form, where is written that all sections must be filled otherwise application can be refused or it will take longer time or it should be provided information why specific section is not filled.
Could you please explain the 6.9. point? Is it correct that I should have employer declaration or documents requested in 6.10.? If I provide all documents requested in 6.10., the 6.9. section can be left blank?
Thank you a lot.
