I want to Withdraw Appeal & Go Back Home, Partner Visa Prblm

Hi there,

This is for two of my Friends, They applied Entrepreneur Visa in January 2014 as a team their visas refused in March 2014 One of the member's visa was expired so he was given right to appeal others visa was still valid for 5 months more so he was not given the appeal right. The member with appeal right went for appeal and his hearing was on September second week. The second team member Applied new application to the home office and explained in covering letter about the refusals and also about his team member being in Appeal. Now on the hearing date in September the court decided to adjourn the hearing and gave new date of January 2015 as the second team member's Visa was in process with home office.

Now the first team member with the hearing in court in appeal wants to go back home and does not want to continue but they are attached in order to get the hearing and decision with home office. Is there any way that he can withdraw the case with court and give a safe side to his team member so he can continue his visa process?? he is willing to transfer the company shares on to his name. He just do not want to live in UK anymore and want to go back home. Please enlighten with your opinions and way out of it. Much appreciated. thanks

Yes if the member staying in UK get access to funds and signatory to that bank and is signatory in business account he is still ok with his application. Please send me email on qsdanik@yahoo.com. we discus further situation..regards Sajid
