Tier 2 ICT Visa Extension

Hi,

I have a query on the T2 ICT visa extension. Below are the details

Visa Start Date: July/2010 (Valid until July 2013 - 3 Years)
Extended further until: July 2015 - 2 Years

1. Can i extend this visa any further? If so, can this be done from UK?
2. My understanding is that i am not eligible for ILR, so can i apply for long term residence permit? My case is explained below:
I entered UK in July 2010, and I left UK on 21 July 2012
I entered UK in same visa on 19-Jan-2013 and left on 09-Feb-2013
I again came back on 07-May-2013 and still here.
3. If i can extend my visa and continue for next 5 years, am i eligible for long term residence permit?

Any inputs on the above queries will be much appreciated.

you can extend as many times as you wish from the UK but will need a new CoS for each extension

calculate if your absences so far didn't break the continuous residence requirements described on p13:
