CoS Oct allocation meeting held, but no response to sponsor?

Hello,

My prospective employer submitted an application for a RCoS on 6th October. According to the UKBA website the OCtober allocation meeting was held on 13th October. However, my employer claims they have not heard back from UKBA and the application has not been approved or declined.

Is this usual? Is anyone in the same situation. How long does it take after the meeting before the sponsor is notified?

they probably missed the Oct deadline and have to wait for the Nov meeting to know the outcome

To add what Manci has mentioned, sometimes they will put the allocation on hold for few applicants in case they need to do some verification. I've seen cases where the restricted CoS allocation was approved few weeks later than the allocation date.
