HSMP Age Criteria plz help!!!!!

Hi,
I am working in IT company in UK on student dependent visa. as my points i can gain 20 points on my age (currently i am 27 )before 28th september (my birthday)

All my documents are ready and if i apply today from uk how long my HSMP processing time will take and suppose if it take more than my birthday date then will i secure 20 or 10 points? or

Or does the home office process the HSMP application on the day i submit the application irrespective of processing times

i am confused about this plz help?

Any information will be of great help
