Employer Change & Job Change.

Dear Experts

I'm in Tier 2 General with designation Business Development Manager(SOC 2010(3545)) for last 16 months. Now i'm willing to change my designation to Software Engineer(SOC 2010(2136)). Please experts answer to my below questions..

1.) Is that possible to change my designation now with new COS given by my new employer?

2.) Do UKBA consider me as a new entrant or experienced entrant?

3.) I found salary requirement for experienced software developer is 29600. I have that now. Do my application get success?

4.) Still I have not given notice to my present employer. Can I apply new COS without intimating??
