Delay in allocation

Hi everyone

My employer applied for allocation of unrestricted COS in the beginning of Sep 2014 but has not received any reply from the HO. He even sent an email requesting to process it quickly but nothing has come so far. My appeal hearing for previous refusal is in the beginning of Dec 2014.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
