Working visa overstayer with british child

Hi good evening everyone just want some advice regarding my situation at the moment. I am working visa overstayer. I overstay my visa for 5 years now. And now I have a 3 yrs old british daughter. I just want to know if there's any chance I can get my visa sorted. As at the moment I am living with the father of my daughter who is a british citizen but I suffering too much emotional verbal and few times physical abuse. He is suffering from depression the doctor confirmed it to me and asked me if I can get the full care of my daughter as the gp is worried about her father mental conditon so at the moment me And my daughter is living with him. He is claiming benefits as absingle father with my daughter. And its so hard for me to get my own place with my daughter as I am only working part time and the money is not enough to get a new place for us. Pls if there's anyone who knows what I can do to get my cisa sorted pls do let me know so I can get away in this mess.

You should be able to qualify under FLR(FP).

You may be able to get the fee exemption if you can demonstrate destitution.

Thank you so much for your replies. I gathered some letters from my daughters school and childrens Center saying I'm the main primary carer of my daughter. I also manage to get a letter from the gp saying my daughters father is suffering from depression and that the gp is concern on her safety and advice me not to leave my daughter on her own with her father. Do u guys think that is enough to prove to home office that sending me back home is not as advisable as no one can look after my daughter as most of my family is in my country and her fathers family cannot help him to look after her due to the parents being sick and alcoholics
