Tier 4 application withdrawal- effect on future application

Post by Neenup » Mon Nov 03, 2014 12:52 am

Hi! I have applied for Tier 4 visa extension in UK on 29th may,2014 before my previous visa expires?
my visa extension was refused but then home office withdrawn their decision after i lodged appeal. since the withdrawal of home office's refusal I haven't hear any thing from UKVI and its now more than 1 month. Hence, I have decided to withdraw my application. My question is will I get my passport back without any stamp of refusal on it? Does anyone know how the withdrawal process works as in how many days they take to return and after how long you have to leave the country one application withdrawn?
I understand that this is very complex and confusing situation, yet any little help or guidance will be much appreciated.
Thank you ! in advance
