HI Please need advise
Recently My visa has been rejected saying "You didnt completed and pass an acceptable course during your last grant of leave, The secretary of state is not satisfied that you meet the requirements stated in immigration rules and guidelines"
and have given no Appeal right.
My immigration History
Feb 2011 to Nov 2012 => Tier 4 student for master degree (18 months course) and successfully completed in 2012
Oct 2012 to April 2014 => Tier 4 student for second master degree from second uni
April 2014 to Jan 2015 => Tier 4 student, extended to continue the second master degree (which I am currently on)
Oct 2014 got job in my field with sponsorship opportunity
I have been living in UK continuously as tier 4 student, don't have any history of overstay or immigration problem.
I've applied for tier 2 visa using my previous master degree which should exemption from RLMT and english test, but My visa has been rejected last week saying you didnt completed required degree during last grant of leave.
My question is: am I not eligible to switch into tier 2 (unrestricted COS) with my previous degree even I have been living continuously in UK.
If I am eligible what could be the possible reason to reject it.
If it is HomeOffice mistake how to appeal as I have no right to appeal it.
Please need you guys help
Thank you in advance
