Applying later than starting date in CAS

Hi all,
Please advise on this case.

I'm extending my student visa outside the UK. My starting date in CAS is 29th Sep 2014 (CAS was issued on 26th Sep same year). I need to prepare some documents so delay to apply visa until now. Will applying later than starting date in CAS (probably 2 months) be a problem? In case of yes then what should I do?

Better check with the educational establishment to see if they are prepared to take you this late before you apply.
