Bank statement & Visa application

Hi, I have a problem of visa application. I need to order a bank statement from 10/10/2014 to 10/11/2014 from Lloyds Bank for my visa application. However, this statement can't be generated for the date range I've requested. Now, I'm living in Scotland and there is no branch of Lloyds here. I tried to call 1733 347 007 (Lloyds Bankphone), they told me that I could print a statement online. However, I think an online printed statement without stamp won't be accepted by UKVI. Then, what should I do? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Take that print out to the branch and request them to get them stamped or request them to print the transactions/entries on bank letterhead. In both cases the address won't be shown on it but requesting the balance certificate can serve this purpose as it demonstrate the address. If balance certificate attaches at the top of them then it must be acceptable to UKBA. Otherwise call them again and request the bank statements for more wider range of dates.
