A letter format to case worker

Hiya,

A Tier 4 student in the UK is frustrated and seeking help to write the case worker at TMT team.
She was given 60 days leave to find a new CAS but she could NOT, for the following reasons:

A. With the Home Office contuining to suspend colleges and universities, after a great effort without having original docs handy (retained by case worker and sent copies) somehow she got hold of two colleges during her valid leave. Unfortunately they both busted out of tier 4 list resulting these colleges no longer able to sponsor her.

B. She was given this 60 days letter on the basis of previous college which was revoked in July 2013 by UKVI. Although she had to go a long way through to achieve due to a previous case workers negligence.
Summary: -Applied for extension on tier 4 (with a valid CAS) on 30th March 2013,
-File sent back due to payment error as invalid, proved and fresh application made on 30th April 2013
-Refusal letter received in July 2013 with reasons shot: Application made when her valid leave was expired and invalid CAS.
-Appealed against the decision, lasted until Oral hearing in August 2014. A day before Oral hearing at Upper tribunal, UKVI's
Law Firm TSoL rung her to ask if she wants to withdraw Oral hearing so they can proceed with further positiveness towards
her application. She said YES and Oral hearing was been withdrawn by HO. A week after she received 60 days letter to
change her sponsor which she could not. POINT IS: She spent enormous amount of time and money all coz of an incompetent
case worker who failed to look into her file throughly before making a decision when her college was revoked and sent a
refusal without given a change of right of appeal on first tribunal. If the case worker should have realised to send 60 days
letter last year, instead of making a student go through all this court issues. Used up all the money in the process.

C. Colleges busting every other week is not students fault. Student pay international fee to college and college fallout of list other day where genuine students are effected is NOT something students should pay.

Pointing these circumstance she desperately needs a letter to write the current case worker who's holding her file and would probably be waiting to make decision based on the information available. She wants to request to provide her with another 60 days to find a new sponsor.
