You probably in wrong section of the forum. Regarding your letter - it neither good or bad. Basically the good news is that they are not ignoring you. Some people do not receive their bimetrics letters for ages. The rest depends on how strong your case is. When they issue you a letter for biometrics it only means that they started looking at your case and nothing else. The case can be approved or refused. The biometrics they need for the reason that people do not submit multiple applications under different names. So your solicitor won't be able to tell you anymore. You stated that you had refusals before. Did you strengthen your case with stronger evidences or are you just chancering and hoping for the total legalization in the UK? The latter is a total waste of time. Although they tend to approve the cases of people who built private and family life in the UK, it is not for granted and needs to be proved, so please take another look at your case and give them as much evidence as you have. Good luck with your case.
