Hello,
A bit Urgent please.
Can you please confirm, if a person currently on Tier 2 ICT needs to first process anything through the employer before they can apply an Tier 2 General Dependent please.

Should the current tier 2 ICT sponsor first change anything on the SMS ?

Can the Tier 2 General dependent visa application be put forward, before the current employer does anything on the SMS, if at all they have to do anything ?
