Restricted CoS and employment options under T2G

Hello Team,

Greetings!

I was given an Tier 2 ICT long Term Staff Migrant Visa and my wife Tier 2 ICT staff Partner Visa as she is my dependent. We came to UK in June 2014.

Now my project is completed and we have to return to my home country. However, on the hypothesis of my wife getting a T2G with restricted CoS.

Kindly let me know if the following is possible :

1. Does she have to work with the same company which issues Restricted CoS?
2. If yes, how long should she work for them?
3. If no, can she take up any job (permanent or contract type)?
4. Would other organisations have any restrictions in offering job to her?
5. Would I have any constraint in taking up any job (being on PBS T2G dependent visa)

yes

it is up to her, her employment contract and her permission to work in the UK
3. If no, can she take up any job (permanent or contract type)?

4. Would other organisations have any restrictions in offering job to her?
she is only allowed to engage in supplementary employment beside working for her sponsor
5. Would I have any constraint in taking up any job (being on PBS T2G dependent visa)
no (except doctor/dentist in training)

Thanks a bunch for your swift response. Further more:

Currently, my wife is working and her contract is still Mar '15 however I'd have to relocate back to my home country to work at offshore and my employer says they would not withdraw my CoS (even after me going back), in that case:

Can my wife continue to work till the end of her contract?
In the mean whilst, if her employer agrees to issue a sponsorship under T2G, can she take it up?
If so, how long should she take a leave from UK for her visa processing (as I know you have to do a port exit and entry for applying T2G)?
Can she switch the sponsor if after x months she finds a new sponsor (does that as well need exit and re-entry to the UK)?
Can I come back as her dependent and take up contract/permanent job?

her visa is tied to yours and if your sponsorship is not withdrawn she can continue to remain the UK and work

yes, but she will need a restricted CoS preceded by a RLMT (unless an exemption applies) and then apply from home country

check visa processing times in home country

she can switch in the UK, no need to leave
