Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa from India

Hello,

I would like to apply for a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa for my sister who is in India at the moment. I have calculated her points and qualifies for the same. However, I have a few questions for the same:

1. We need to apply showing 200,000 GBP in UK or India bank account - either on her name or partnered.
2. How long does the process take?
3. Do we need to submit a business plan?
4. How much time does one get before you can invest the money once you have arrived here in UK?
5. Do you have to invest the entire GBP 200,000 in one go or you can do it as and when you want?
6. Also those who have applied and visas accepted and have already arrived here in the UK - can someone suggest of the kind of business ideas been looked at or what businesses are they into. Just to get an idea.

Most of the answers to your questions are already addressed in the UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visa Policy Guidance - Nov 2014. Please go through it thoroughly, it's better you understand it first before asking questions on this forum.
