Hi guys, i was just wondering if you can help me.
We have won our case for my BF to get residence card (EEA2) based on durable relationships cause we proved that we have lived for 2 years and we have daughter as well. Appeal was allowed on 5th of december. Yesturday we got the letter saying that HO applied for the permission to appeal against us. We are actually shocked cause in the appeal it says that by EU regulations he is entitled to reside in the uk. Did anybody give some advice please? Also how long does it take FTT to decide to refuse it or allow it?
