Help filling MN1 form

[Tier 4]

I need some help to fill up certain sections of MN1 form under the section 1 (3) for my UK born 22 months old child :

1.In the Section 4 : Good Character Requirement; this section is for children 10 year and more, though my child is just 22 months old yet do still I have to fill 4.5 to 4.18?

2.I am bit confuse about 6.5; is parent need to name and sign this?

3.In section 7 do I (father) has to tick 7.6, 7.8 and sign at the end or both parents have to do it?

Hi Tier 4.

I am also filling up for my children.

I am sure you dont have to fill up section 4.
Leave that blank or cross as advised on Page 2 (top heading)

I have not filled up 6.5 as my children are not applying on their own behalf. Actually i am applying on their behalf and i have signed that. You just need to sign at 6.1 and 6.2.

Have you filled up Section 2 Residence requirement.. I am actually bit confused on that.. Does that apply on section 1 (3) applicants.. Do they have to meet the residence requirement?? I am actually reluctant to fill that section as my daughter was absent from UK for more than 500 days. And the address history, detail for absences, reason for absences.. etc etc.

Well, I have filled the section 2

I mention date my child born (as date of arrival) and UK (as place of arrival)
2.2
I mentioned current address and living here since birth till up to date (he is 22 months old)
2.3
Mentioned 99 days absence and accurate dates of arrival and departure.
Reason – visiting relatives
2.4
Simply UK

However what about section 7
Do I (father) has to tick 7.6, 7.8 and sign at the end or both parents have to do it?
