Exit date from UK ICT tier 2

My ICT visa is getting expired on 21 March whereas in my cos the work end date is mentioned as 21 February ..can I continue with my job and exit after 21 February or I can not work beyond 21st feb as at my office it seems nobody is bothered of the cos work date as previous people have left before the visa expiry and not CoS end date.

You normally get the visa with +30 days from CoS date to allow you some time to wrap up your work and personal life before leaving. You can continue to work during this period, hut you will have to leave UK before the visa expiry date (unless you apply for an extension from within UK).
