To all
I am getting confusion about my visa.
Me and my wife and our daughter (28 month) in in uk under tier 2 general.
we submit our application for the Tier 2 on 2nd april 2012. and on janaury 2013 we got rejection and after apeal we won the case and got the visa on 2nd july 2013. the visa was only issued for 22month and gonna expired on 7th may 2015. now my question is for how long do i need to extend my visa?
is that for comming 38 month ? and how my five year will be counted,
