spouse visa for self employed ILR dependent

Post by ukstay2 » Mon Jan 05, 2015 10:47 pm

Hello

I am on ILR and want to extend my wifes dependent visa (FLR M?) - She entered again as Tier1 dependent on 26 July 2014.
I am a limited company director, my wife is also shared holder (but not director) and acts as Admin Asst. Since her income isn't sufficient I want to provide my income details to satisfy maintenance requirement, so is it mandatory to show her employment (and provide all her payslips, dividend vouchers etc.)

Does she need to satisfy English language requirement for extension?
also she first entered in the UK in 2007 but had to do entry clearance visa in 2014 again, can she qualify for ILR?

Please advise

Thanks
