PBS for Dependant and Step son

Hi All Members

My friend recently got married in Pakistan.His wife was previously married and sh is divorced with a boy of 3 years old.
The ex-husband has no interest in child and he gave her permission to take the child to the UK.

what sort of documents need from her ex-husband to show that he has no objection about child travelling to UK with mother
My friend is on Tier 2 visa and he will apply for PBS family dependant visa application from Pakistan.
please advice
