Tier 2 Partner Visa Extension Enquiry

Hi

Apologies if this question has been covered before, appreciate someone to point me the right direction please.

My wife's Tier 2 Partner Visa will be expiring on the 28/06/2015.
She first came to UK on the 19/11/2013.

On the other hand, I have been on Tier 2 General for 5 years (from June 2009 till May 2014) until I got my ILR.
How do I go about this situation on her extension/eligibility?

Please advise.
