Applying for marriage visa appendix FM and child dependent v

Dear All,

I am planning to apply for my wife marriage visa and child dependent visa who will be 1 year old in Feb 2015 born in India.

I have indefinite leave to remain received in Feb 2013. I didn't apply for BC since I had a gap of 5 months last year and above in one trip when my child was born last year.

I applied for my wife visitor visa in Nov 2012 & Jan 2013 just before my ILR and got rejected both times.ECO was not convinced with my visa situation after my tier 1 visa which was expiring in Feb 2013.

I have 2 jobs earning 19000 and 6700 annually in total. My wife has also passed ket English test. I just wanted to know if I have to give explaination regarding my wife previous visa refusal?. What type to accommodation do I have to show for wife and kid?. Also if you could please give me a template for the covering letter I have to provide and for my wife including my kid in it?. Do I have to show any savings?.All my savings is in India since I transfer all the funds to my account back home but I can save here if necessary. I am aware I can show foreign funds and they convert in GBP using OANDA website.

I will really appreciate if you could please advise me on this.

Yes be 100% honest in your application. Refused visitors visas won't mean automatic refusal but the application may be scrutinised more.What type to accommodation do I have to show for wife and kid?. You would need at least a one bedroom/studio propertyAlso if you could please give me a template for the covering letter I have to provide and for my wife including my kid in it?. Brief summart of your relationship, plans for the future once your wife arrives and anything you wish to bring to their attention (i.e refusals) Do I have to show any savings? No you are earning enough so savings are not necessary..All my savings is in India since I transfer all the funds to my account back home but I can save here if necessary.
