Tier 2 ICT - Cooling Off Period Query

Hi,

Kindly requesting you to clarify cooling off period for my below scenrio,

My details are as below.

I had T2 ICT visa from 07/12/2013 to 06/12/2014. But I travelled to UK on 26th Apr 2014 and returned back to India on Aug 10th 2014.

I stayed only for 3 months 15 days due to my project contract was not been extended due to client financial issues.

As I know cooling off period starts from the date I left UK. So, I would like to know whether cooling off period is still applicable for me as i was not utilised 100%. Kindly advise.

Cooling off period started on the day you left the UK.
It still applies regardless of the time spent in the UK.

Btw, which T2 ICT visa you had?

If you had a Short term ICT visa, you can apply for a Long Term ICT without any cooling off period. If you had a LT visa, then you will have to wait for 12 months before you apply for any other T2 visa.
